These lyrics are about someone being in love, and being one. The artist Robbie Williams is singing about how the person he is in love with makes him feel. The video runs in parallel with the music because it is about two people who are dependent on each other. Robbie the artist talks about how love makes him 'smile' which shows he is happy. It also talks about how 'she's the one' meaning that the girl he loves is the only one for him, and nothing else will do. 'We were one we were free' means that the two people are as one.
